Working Together with Suppliers
Supplier Hotline for procurement transaction compliance reporting
We have established Supplier Hotline to receive specific information from suppliers when a supplier becomes aware of violations (or possible violations) of laws and regulations, or of compliance with the Kirin Group Compliance Guidelines or the Group Anti-Bribery Guidelines by the Kirin Group officers or employees in their procurement transactions. When we receive a report, we may ask for supplier’s cooperation in investigating the facts. Please do not report false, slanderous, defamatory, threatening or obstructive reports. This office is completely independent of any department involved in procurement, and we guarantee that no adverse action will be taken against the supplier who provided the information. When contacting us, please agree to the precautions at the beginning of the contact form.
Contact for Suppliers
Based on the Kirin Group Procurement Basic Policy, the Kirin Group hopes to fulfill its social responsibility in procurement with the support and cooperation of our suppliers. We ask that suppliers and subcontractors adhere to the Supplier CSR Guidelines when doing business with the Kirin Group. We look forward to hearing your proposals for new technologies, materials, and methods related to quality, safety, the environment, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. If you have any questions or comments about Kirin Group procurement, please use the form below to contact us.
