Working Together with Suppliers

Supplier Hotline for procurement transaction compliance reporting

We have established Supplier Hotline to receive specific information from suppliers when a supplier becomes aware of violations (or possible violations) of laws and regulations, or of compliance with the Group Compliance Policy or the Compliance Guidelines or the Group Anti-Bribery Guidelines. When we receive a report, we may ask for supplier’s cooperation in investigating the facts. Please do not report false, slanderous, defamatory, threatening or obstructive reports. This office is completely independent of any department involved in procurement, and we guarantee that no adverse action will be taken against the supplier who provided the information. When contacting us, please agree to the precautions at the beginning of the contact form.

  • Please use the Kyowa Kirin Group Supplier Hotline for information on the pharmaceutical business.
