Commitment and Performance
Based on our management philosophy, the Kirin Group has set our CSV Purpose as a guideline for creating values with society and aiming for sustainable growth. To achieve this and fulfill our universal responsibilities as a corporation, we have set non-financial targets and CSV Commitments.
The non-financial targets are goals for important sustainability issues, and we have indices to quantitatively measure our achievements in four categories: health, community, environment, and human capital.
The CSV Commitments work as an action plan for achieving the CSV purpose, and each business domain and department works on them by setting quantitative or qualitative targets.
