National Foods completes acquisition of all shares of Dairy Farmers

Kirin Holdings Company, Limited announces that National Foods Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary in Australia, has today completed the acquisition of all the shares of Dairy Farmers, in accordance with the announcement of August 25, 2008.
