TOKYO, May 30, 2025 – Kirin Holdings Company, Limited has published the “Integrated Report 2025”.
The Kirin Group, under the Long-Term Management Vision, Kirin Group Vision 2027 (KV2027) announced in 2019, aims to become “A global leader in CSV, creating value across our world of Food & Beverages to Pharmaceuticals.”
The “Integrated Report 2025” expresses our efforts to create value for sustainable growth through a diverse and solid business portfolio spanning three domains and four businesses—Food & Beverages Domain (Alcoholic Beverages and Non-Alcoholic Beverages), Pharmaceuticals Domain, and Health Science Domain—leveraging the fermentation and biotechnology expertise cultivated in our original beer business.
This year's special feature highlights examples of value creation in each of the Food & Beverages Domain (Alcoholic Beverages and Non-Alcoholic Beverages), Pharmaceuticals Domain, and Health Science Domain along their respective value chains, and discloses the process of creating social and economic value based on the four organizational capabilities*1 that serve as the foundations driving for innovation within the Kirin Group. Additionally, in the rapidly growing Health Science Business, we explain the rationale behind the restructuring of the business portfolio, including the acquisition of FANCL CORPORATION as a consolidated subsidiary, and outline the path toward becoming one of the largest health science companies in Asia-Pacific by leveraging the combined strengths of Kirin*2, FANCL CORPORATION, and Blackmores Limited to create added value and strengthen our global expansion.
Through the publication of this report, we will deepen dialogue with our stakeholders and strive to further increase corporate value. The Kirin Group brings joy to society by crafting food and healthcare products inspired by the blessings of nature and the insights of our customers.
