Kirin Establishes Kirin Health Science International Pty Ltd to Accelerate Global Expansion of Its Health Science Business

TOKYO, February 13, 2026 - Kirin Holdings Company, Limited (Kirin Holdings) will establish a new company, Kirin Health Science International Pty Ltd (KHSI), on April 1, 2026, to oversee the B2C segment of its Health Science Domain outside Japan.

The establishment of KHSI is part of Kirin Holdings’ efforts to strengthen its organizational structure as it seeks to meet growing global health needs and become one of the largest Health Science companies in the Asia-Pacific region. By strengthening governance and advancing overseas operations, KHSI will unify business activities previously managed independently across different regions under a single global brand strategy and standardized business processes. This will enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and competitiveness across Kirin Holdings’ international Health Science business.

KHSI will focus on delivering value tailored to the diverse lifestyles of consumers, primarily in the Asia Pacific region. The company will also integrate the brands, ingredients, technological assets, and expertise of group companies such as Blackmores, FANCL, Kyowa Hakko Bio, and Koiwai Dairy Products. By combining these assets with Kirin’s unique approach of supporting both “internal methods“ (supplements, foods, and beverages) and “external solutions“ (skincare, information, services, and devices), KHSI will contribute to building foundational health, addressing individual health needs, and improving consumer well-being.
