Kirin Group Releases “Integrated Report 2026”

TOKYO, May 28, 2026-Kirin Holdings Company, Limited (Kirin Holdings) released the PDF version of the Integrated Report 2026.

In 2026, the Kirin Group launched a new long-term management vision, “Innovate2035!” Under this vision, the Group has set forth the aspiration of becoming “a global leader in CSV that continues to create innovation through the power of people and technology, energizing the world.” Through this vision, the Kirin Group aims to achieve both the resolution of social issues and sustainable growth in corporate value.
The Integrated Report 2026 has been created to communicate the overall picture of “Innovate2035!”, the current state of transformation underway toward its realization, and the future the Group envisions. The report presents, through a concrete and highly transparent narrative, how the Kirin Group’s unique business portfolio generates competitive advantages and translates them into corporate value.
The report illustrates growth driven by the combination of Group assets through specific examples, while clearly organizing the linkages between financial and non-financial factors as well as the progress and outcomes of CSV management from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. Furthermore, with innovation driven by the “power of people and technology” as its core, the report depicts a value creation structure in which the Alcoholic Beverages, Non-alcoholic Beverages & Health Science, and Pharmaceuticals businesses grow autonomously while creating new value through cross-domain collaboration. In addition, to help readers envision what a “society rich in spirit” may look like in 2035, the report portrays the future the Kirin Group aims for in 2035 in the form of a “letter.”
