The Kirin Group has formulated its long-term vision "Innovate2035!" with the vision of "energizing the world as a leading CSV company that continuously drives innovation through the power of people and technology." Based on its premise of "Responsibility of Kirin Group which runs Alcoholic Beverage Business," it has selected "Health and Well-Being," "Community Engagement," and "The Environment" as key focus areas and is working towards realizing a society rich in spirit. The Group believes that the most important foundation for realizing this vision is for employees themselves to improve their "health," encompassing physical, mental, and social aspects.
Within the priority area of "Health," the Kirin Group has promoted systems and initiatives to realize flexible working styles, improve employee mental health and lifestyle habits, and more. In February 2026, we renewed our previous "Kirin Health Declaration" into the "Kirin Group's Well-being Statement." Across the Kirin Group's global operations, we will advance the creation of an organization where employees can experience the joy of working.
Moving forward, the Kirin Group will continue to advance "Health Management" by cultivating the Health Science Domain, leveraging the Group's unique strengths. As a company delivering "health" to our customers, we will encourage employees to actively pursue their own health, enabling each individual to work brightly, vibrantly, and with a heightened sense of purpose. We will create environments and opportunities where employees can maintain healthy states and work safely. Furthermore, aiming to improve health literacy, we will promote initiatives where our employees, as a beverage manufacturer, serve as a model for society in responsible drinking.
Through manufacturing that respects nature and people, the Kirin Group will spread new joys in "food and health" and contribute to realizing a society rich in spirit.
